Our Story
Peter and Nancy Sanders started Snohomish Electric, Inc in the basement of their home in 1985. As their reputation for excellence grew so did their need for space. Snohomish Electric is now located in the heart of Snohomish at 1126 Bonneville Ave.
Peter and Nancy still work together each day, serving a wide base of loyal builders and local homeowners. Their dedication to the field of electrical contracting has never wavered.
Peter has been as an active member of the National Electrical Contractors Association since 1988. He has served on the NECA Board of Directors and held various officer positions including 3 terms as Cascade Chapter President. He has also served as a committee member on many NECA/IBEW committees including the Local Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee and Labor Management Cooperative Committee.
Snohomish Electric Inc, is also a member of the Master Builders Assocation of King and Snohomish Counties.
Although Peter and Nancy's two daughters have grown and no longer play in the office yard or work part time in the office after school you can expect see the influence of traditional American family values in all your dealings with Snohomish Electric.
Peter has over 40 years of experience in the Electrical Industry and Darrin Beck, Snohomish Electric's Labor Superintendent, has over 24 years of experience. Many of our electricians have been with the company for over 10 years and in the field for more than 20.
